The theme of the event is food, fuel and fibre, and this new event will run from 11am - 3pm on Saturday the 13th December

New House Farm will be selling their our own meat from the farm on the day, with grass fed beef and soy free pork for sale

Cooking pork over fire to offer hot food will also be for sale throughout the day 

Producers confirmed include: 

- Wood craft (locally crafted signs and furniture)

- Wreaths 

- Apple juice from the estate 

- Locally distilled gin 

- Sheepskin / wool fibres (@Fernhillfibre)

- Organic vegetables

- Honey (fresh honey and beeswax candles)

- Wool blankets (@fernhillfibre)

- Monmouthshire Meadows Group 

Sarah is also hoping to tie in some hedge planting in on the same day with a planting charity, so visitors have the chance to head into the field to get their hands in the soil as well!
