Shipping Methods

We aim to post most days yet being a working livestock farm, all orders are processed by 3 days maximum, unless its a special order arranged via email or other forms of communications.

The buyer is responsible for paying any customs fees or duties applicable if buying from outside the UK.

We aim to ship to Europe and the UK - if your outside of these regions, please email us with your order and postal address so we can calculate the estimated postage fees to see if we can make it happen - this is especially important for the USA as shipping is most often more than the value of the parcel sadly.

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight of item. If your package ends up being quite heavy (over 10 kg) the rate can seem high. If you are concerned about this, please contact us with your order details and we will attempt to work out the best rate for your parcel. However, wool creates very large packages and often this high cost is unavoidable. 

For orders over 30 kg, shipping will not be charged on placing the order and you will need to contact us to arrange collection/delivery. 

Returns & Exchanges

All physical products can be returned within 30 days of the order being placed, for an exchange or refund. If you wish to return an item please contact us first – the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Our postal address is:
