or 25g ball (approx. 50 m)
Recommended knitting needle size: 3.5–4.5 mm
Gauge: 17sts/26 rows: 10 cm/4" on 4mm needles in stockinette stitch.
Ideal for: hats, scarves
100% Shetland Lopi yarn space dyed in farm colours: grey to reflect sky and cloud shades, green for natural flora and fauna, together with the rich orange and browns from our sacred soils. This yarn is spun from wool exclusively from our farm on the Mendip hills.
The loosely spun single-ply makes a lightweight, warm yarn that traps a lot of air, perfect for those winter hand-knits!
These 25g lopi balls are great used on their own or combined with our undyed lopi yarn (see other listings) These colours blend easily for the creation of hard-wearing warm outdoor garments
