All these are beautifully soft Organic Romney fleeces, with fabulous native tones throughout entire fleeces - blade shorn on the 31st May 2026 by Andy and Jen in our 4 stand sheep shearing shed
All have a lovely open crimp, and as shearling lambs born April/ May 2026, they have maintained their superior softness for their regenerative style grass-fed diets
Fleece details:
Rich brown - 1.2kg - AVG length 9cm - does come with a tiny bit of sawdust contamination from a ride in our lorry, that will come out as bigger pieces - discounted for this reason
Whites - 1.2kg - AVG length 11cm - some fibres are shorter
Brown with grey and white fibres over the shoulders - 1.6kg - AVG length 10cm
Mid - brown - 1.2kg - AVG length 13cm
White with coloured undertones - 1.7kg - mixed lengths
With a lovely crimp, soft bounce, these are selected as ideal for hand spinning, felting and fibre arts
These raw fibres are freshly shorn and the very cream of our crop as we only list the very best fleeces for individual purchase
All fleeces are Blade Shorn and sorted on grading tables to remove bellies, breech, crutch, topknots, checks, spray marker & most veg matter, dust, dirt, dags etc
