This beautiful yarn is soft, durable and perfect to knit with a slight natural tweed effect from all the many colours within the Shetland fleeces. The main tone is dark with silvery streaks of brightness, very much like the weather!
It’s spun as a chunky, plying 6/7NM worsted yarns, giving lovely texture and stitch definition and superb strength for a hard wearing garments such as a gansey, jersey, or whatever your project might be
