Craft Curls from our Lustre ladies are all from our white Lustre flock ewes, blade shorn March 2024 - various lengths
All Fernhill Fibre Fleeces are graded and skirted and here we are offering fibres we consider as "not perfect" but not "skirt” - just not as bright white as they could be when shorn
These bundles contain all parts of the fleece, where some sheep are just more messy that others, where their sides touch the ground, and their long locks get more tangled when living in the fields throughout their Winter grazing - all are white fibres from our lovely LUSTRE BREED fleeces that we consider still beautiful, just need a good wash.
(*Lustre flock pure Ram breeds we have here include = Leicester Longwool, Teeswater, coloured Blue Faced Leicester and Coloured Wensleydale crossed with Shetland ewes for hardiness in this flock and softness across their fleeces)
