These we consider beautiful fleeces with good colour & lustre, yet being tender with a break in the fibre or semi felted means they have been rejected for Spinning.

Please also note that although we have skirted the fleeces some vegetation may still remain.

This listing includes a range of options up to 6kg batches which are approximately 2 - 3 Fleeces, and may also include part fleeces

New for 2024 is our TWO fleece range - two full wool fleeces that include a creamy white, batched together with a dark grey / mixed browns range that are all originating from our classic Romney x Shetland Mendip style sheep. Clean, kemp free, soft and ideal for peg loom weaving, these have plenty of structure and colourful locks to create a range or one big rug that has plenty of stripe options - see photos for details with white over brown and brown over white to show staple length and crimp style - coming soon
