Pure Shetland Cloth

Delighted to offer our pure Shetland cloth, available by the linear meter from the roll

A light weight cloth, woven from 7NM single, woollen spun yarns in a simple plain weave effect, from our flock of pure Shetlands. 

Two-tone effect is from weaving the warp and wefts with our Morrit and dark Shetland cones 

The finish is a milled blanket finished, creating super soft and cosy warm next to skin, lightweight cloth 

Photos show the cloth together with both the dark and brown Shetland yarns used to create the two-tone colours, together with raw fibres that we harvest here by blades each Spring and Autumn
